James Bridgman, the founder of Orbis Growth Middle East brings over 25 years of experience in strategic growth, development, and global financial markets. His career has taken him across London, New York, Qatar, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai, giving him deep insight into international markets and cross-cultural business dynamics.

At Orbis Growth, he works closely with asset owners and long-term investors, offering practical insights, in-market advisory, and Representation & Advisory Services. He helps clients identify high-potential, impact-focused opportunities, refine propositions, and enter markets thoughtful, always focused on sustainable growth and meaningful outcomes for communities.  Allowing clients to gain continuity and local presence without the need to establish a full operation from day one.

Drawing on strong networks and hands-on market experience, he helps identify credible opportunities, refine propositions, and guide entry into high-potential, impact-focused sectors with care and discipline.

Les Allan is currently a Managing Director at Montminy & Co., specializing in the middle market Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) sector. In this role, he is responsible for the development, sourcing, supervision, and execution of M&A and Financing transactions with enterprise values ranging from approximately $20 million to $500 million. Additionally, he assists with the marketing of the company. His areas of focus include Sports, Consumer, Industrial, Business Services, and Special Situations.

Mr Allan, collaborates daily with Private Equity, Family Office, and Strategic investors, leveraging his absolute discretion, dedication, and commitment to a team-based work ethic. His career is marked by the successful launch, growth, and sale of companies from multinational corporations to angel startups, consistently adding significant value to each enterprise.

Throughout his career, Mr Allan has held various senior roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Sales, and Product Manager.  He has worked for and with some of the world's largest financial institutions including, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Cargill Investor Services.

Currently based in Los Angeles.

Philip Boigner is an experienced investment professional with a proven track record of managing capital for sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and investment companies, handling nearly $350 billion in assets. He possesses a diverse skill set encompassing venture capital, private equity, real estate, and fund investments, with expertise in private markets, alternative assets, innovation, ecosystem building, and company turnarounds.

Previously, Mr Boigner served as Chief Business Officer at Capital Values Group (CVG) in Dubai, overseeing global investments in non-listed companies and real estate, and managing funds for major institutional investors. Before CVG, he led the technology investment arm of the Oman Investment Authority, investing in innovative companies and private equity funds across various sectors, and spearheading several strategic investment programs.

He also established and ran the technology investment activities for Dubai's DSOA, creating the Middle East's first and largest innovation and entrepreneurship initiative. At Moravia Capital, he focused on investment banking, private equity, and Fund-of-Funds solutions across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, and continues to advise on their Health Care Fund of Funds.

Currently, Mr Boigner is the Director and Chair of the Investment Committee at NewAgrarian, a BioTech/AgTech and Partner at  Orbis Growth. 

He is part of the IFC’s nominee director program and was previously an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at MODUL University Dubai.

Mr Boigner holds two doctoral degrees and three master’s degrees, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and notable magazines. He resides in Tampa, Florida and frequently commutes to Dubai.
