Philip Boigner is an experienced investment professional with a proven track record of managing capital for sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and investment companies, handling nearly $350 billion in assets. He possesses a diverse skill set encompassing venture capital, private equity, real estate, and fund investments, with expertise in private markets, alternative assets, innovation, ecosystem building, and company turnarounds.
Previously, Mr Boigner served as Chief Business Officer at Capital Values Group (CVG) in Dubai, overseeing global investments in non-listed companies and real estate, and managing funds for major institutional investors. Before CVG, he led the technology investment arm of the Oman Investment Authority, investing in innovative companies and private equity funds across various sectors, and spearheading several strategic investment programs.
He also established and ran the technology investment activities for Dubai's DSOA, creating the Middle East's first and largest innovation and entrepreneurship initiative. At Moravia Capital, he focused on investment banking, private equity, and Fund-of-Funds solutions across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, and continues to advise on their Health Care Fund of Funds.
